A repeat purchase. It's Imuraya, so of course it's delicious! It pairs really well with coffee (← because I prefer ) and thyme! (Of course, it would also taste good with black tea or green tea . I'm not sure though.)

Yummy and not too sweet
It has a large, substantial texture, isn't too sweet, and has a subtle aroma. While it doesn't have a strong tea fragrance, this makes it less cloying and more enjoyable to eat.
The honey flavor I ordered last time was delicious, so I tried the matcha flavor too. It was a bit disappointing because the castella particles were fine.
This was my first time buying it. I didn't really taste the matcha, but it was delicious as a castella cake.
it looks good i guess I have to let it defrost in the fridge for a day then 1 hour on the counter from what I read online

It has a stronger milky taste than Japanese castella, and is more like a pound cake. I personally like the fluffy texture. It seems to be made in China.
Fragrant and delicious sponge cake. Soft and moderately sweet.
The cake has a dense, soft and moist texture, unlike other cakes of the same brand which are chewy and hard. But there is no old-fashioned cake, and the refrigerated cake is soggy. It tastes a bit like Yakult.
