This pork knuckle is quite large; the aroma filled the house as soon as I took it out, and it was deliciously braised. I opened it up; there was a large bone and some smaller bones inside. I removed the bone, chopped up the meat and skin, and made my own dipping sauce. I ate it with those. For the dipping sauce, I mainly used soy sauce, vinegar, and the broth from cooking the pork knuckle. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili oil , or you can add some minced garlic to cut the richness. It tasted really good!
It's a king-sized pig's trotter... It's huge and has a strong spicy flavor. I think I'd be full even if I shared it with several people. It's not greasy and there's a lot of meat, so I'm very satisfied. ㅎㅎㅎ

The chicken I bought for $14.99 was very firm and had a smoked feel. It tasted good. I probably wouldn't buy it for any more money, since roast chickens in supermarkets are only $5-$10 each.

My dears, the braised Fei Yang that Mr. Guo mentioned is super delicious! The flavor is just right and the texture is just right. Since no one at home wants to snatch it from me, one pack can be divided into two portions. Today I used it to stir-fry garlic sprouts, and yesterday I used it to stir-fry chives. It is absolutely safe and you don’t need to add any seasoning. I just repurchased another pack, and I hope the tariffs won’t affect the price increase too much.
It smells a bit bad when heated in the microwave, but it tastes ok.
Trying this new product, see if it beats the similar product weee carry.
