Chicken breast came in fresh condition. All frozen and it was sitting outside for about an hour. Thankfully for the delivery.
I marinated it in spices and seasonings and baked it in the oven. I also used it in pot-au-feu, which my husband said was delicious because it had a lot of broth. I think it can also be used in simmered dishes, so it's useful to have it.
