Soak the chicken cartilage in clean water first, then wash it several times. Put it in a pot of cold water, bring it to a boil, skim off the foam, and cook until done. Then sauté Sichuan peppercorns and chopped green onions in oil, add onions, chicken cartilage, soy sauce, cumin powder, and black sesame seeds. Add a little sugar to enhance the flavor and a little salt. Remove from heat and serve.
