Samgyetang is the winner for replenishing energy! I ordered the "Sign Family Semi-ri"... but oh wait, I forgot to check the size. So, just two chickens~ Are they meant for boiled chicken soup, not Samgyetang? I just put in four ginseng roots, dried jujubes, a little Angelica root, glutinous rice, and garlic, and simmered them thoroughly for about four hours. I haven't eaten it yet, but the meat looks incredibly chewy. It feels just like free-range chickens.
I've repurchased it multiple times and it's really good
I will cook Chicken Tinola for this, one of my favorite dishes in the Philippines. Good product, i love it. Thanks Weee!
