I buy it occasionally to satisfy my cravings, but the skin is not very soft and tender.

The taste is average. I steamed it for 10 minutes according to the instructions, but it was too hard. I steamed it for another 20 minutes, but it didn't change much. Then I used a pressure cooker to press it for 1 hour to get the softness I needed. It's too troublesome. If you like hard chicken feet, you can buy it.
