very good noodles! it's not super spicy to the point that you can't eat it, it tastes like it has some buillon, Sichuan pepper corn because it has a slight numbing effect after tasting. it has sesame seeds, chili flakes, green onions, maybe even a slight taste of sesame oil in it.

I did not really like the flavor of the powder packet the first time I made them, so the next time I omitted the powder and added a small splash of soy sauce instead, and I found the flavor to be perfect for me. I was surprised to see these have 10g of protein per serving. A good small meal.
