Very convenient for making bbq pork
Rich flavor, just the right amount of salty and sweet. Have bought many times and really like this brand to make char siu. Use lean pork belly or pork belly, chicken thighs and marinate for 2 days to absorb more flavor. Can fry in a pan, use oven or air fryer for convenience.
It is good for making barbecued pork, but not as sweet as Lee Kum Kee
Meat sauce is delicious with bread or rice.
