A delicious summer treat! Convenient three-pack!
I never imagined I could make three large bowls of noodles from just three small packets! It's been 95 degrees these past few days, so I decided to try some cold noodles. The sauce was quite salty, but luckily I'd prepared some non-salty side dishes: shredded carrots, zucchini, egg, and tofu skin. They were perfect with the noodles. The only downside was that the noodles were so fine and starchy that I had to rinse them with cold water several times to remove the cooking water.
It's perfect for the hot summer. I'm currently obsessed with grated radish, so I got some more. It's delicious!
This is my first purchase and I'm looking forward to it.
