The braised pork knuckles are really delicious when some quail eggs are added. I used a pressure cooker to stew the pork knuckles for 25 minutes, then marinated the quail eggs for an hour, and then cooked them for another 15 minutes. This way the meat is tender and the eggs are flavorful.
Two pounds of sliced pig's feet may not seem like a lot, but they are full of dramatic tension. At the beginning, the oil splashed everywhere, and screams were heard everywhere! But after being boiled, it became gentle and tasty. A bite of it was like a little cutie saying sorry after a temper tantrum. It was so fragrant that you would forget the moment when you were sprayed with oil just now. This is it, a small amount but a burst of excitement, so delicious!
The pig's feet are of good quality, less hair and clean, very satisfactory.
