When I have to make a quick meal, wheat rawa is the best to make a healthy Upma or South Indian Kichadi. It is different from the usual Bombay Rawa Upma and is very healthy as well as filling after adding mixed vegetables. I bought Arya brand cracked wheat for the first time. I will also buy the Coarse variety if available on this site.
