I fried it in the air fryer for 5 minutes, the surface was burnt but the inside was still cold, and it was done in the microwave for 30 seconds. My husband ate the original flavor and said it was not as fragrant as the one from Costco, and my daughter ate the chocolate flavor, which was about the same as TJ's. The chocolate flavor in the middle was very strong and would stay. Not bad
