Excellent, crisp water chestnuts. I minced the entire can to make Lion's Head Meatballs. The water chestnuts remain crisp, even after I browned the Meatballs and steamed them for 40 minutes. I will definitely purchase again.
All cans arrive perfectly intact.
I made siomai using this water chestnut. It’s good. Has a scent that goes well with lumpia or siomai

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
The cassava was delicious, but the packet of sesame salt was too small, only enough for one cassava root.
