    I love cured pork and eat it from time to time. This one tastes good and is not salty. I steamed it and then fried with celery, added salt & soy sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed it.     It is not the sweet style bacon, so perfect for me!

    Pretty good, but a good amount of it was fat. (应该是用五花肉做的，但是肥的都像"二花肉"了 🤣🤣🤣) I cut off the extra fat to render into lard. The bacon itself is closer to American bacon than Chinese la rou (腊肉), it's smoky and less soy-based. Very tender and delicious when steamed into sticky rice. I would buy this again, but only when it's on sale.

    I made claypot rice with this, the Taiwanese sausage, and the dried shiitake from Weee. It has a very pleasant smoky flavor and made the rice very nice.
