Upon receiving it, I immediately opened a box. The taste was quite good, and it was very soft. I originally wanted to buy Daoxiangcun's sesame paste sugar sesame cake, but the delivery time was too long. So, compared to the sesame paste sugar sesame cake I wanted, this Da Dong brown sugar sugar sesame cake had a stronger brown sugar flavor and less sesame paste flavor.
It tastes just like it did when I was a kid. It's super convenient to microwave for 20 seconds.

You can taste the red bean paste; it's not handmade, it's very sweet and the kind of canned red bean paste that's very smooth. It'll satisfy your craving. It's something else, since you can't buy glutinous rice flour abroad and have to make it yourself.

Tiny mooncake. Cute and very truffle! Great for gifting because of the pretty packaging.
This was very unique tasting. If you are a fan of truffle then this is amazing. It's not overly sweet either. It was actually really good! I love it! But if you don't like mushroom truffles, don't get it. The packaging design was also very cool. I really appreciated the work that gone into the entire design and flavor profile. Very reasonable pricing too

The only saving grace is the decent packaging. The food itself was truly awful. I'm a mooncake enthusiast, and as a mom of two small children, I've found time to share this story: it's truly awful! There's no truffle, sesame, or chocolate flavor. The filling is so dry and unpalatable it's almost unpalatable.

It’s a little odd for my taste, not much black sesame flavor but it’s does has a strong truffle smell. I had truffle in cook food before but in my opinion, it’s not that good use in moon cake.

Love this vegetarian version of Jajiang mien (noodle with black bean sauce). Taste just like the real meat with nice tasty sauce. Have to cook the noodle (chewy) and sauce pack separately and then add sauce to the cooked noodle.
