    Was really excited to try these! I like that the Mochi layer is a bit thicker then the sweet potato version. The filling is smooth but also has a few chunks of chestnut. These are slightly sweet, a bit sweeter then the sweet potato and not savory like the regular potato versions. I see these as a great snack or desserts

    this is my second time getting these. they keep all in the refrigerator and I take out several at a time n let it sit on the kitchen counter for about 15 to 30 minutes. then it gets very soft and chewy. the outside is pretty thick and chewy and inside is sweet and nutty. great with tea or coffee in the morning.
