it's sooo good! you would think it's unsalted since it doesn't have any salty taste to it at all. it is fully cooked (as stated on label) so if you don't want to fry danggit and make your house smell, buy this! it's pretty pricey but i guess you're paying for the convenience :D

The fish is fresh, firm, and delicious. It's whole and unprocessed; you need to thaw it before preparing it. Inside the fish is a very rich and tasty liver.
