First time trying these and I love them. They are like the broad Kuan spicy noodles except with a jelly consistency and the packet of vinegar. I find that this was spicy and very fast, easy, and convenient to prepare. I love the bits of dhal peas in the powder which is crunchy. I will buy again from time to time. I give it a 4 out of 5.
