I made a big portion of mapo tofu and it was delicious.
The 2 tofu were packaged inside a silver waterproof bag with an ice pack in the middle. The icepack was all defrotesd by the time it arrived, but it was still chilly inside. It was thankfully only 65F today, but had it been a hotter day, I might have been more worried. But they are great. And I received the item in 7/17, with the expiration day not until September. I'm glad I got one of the newer batches. There were times I only had 2 weeks left on the due date.

The tofu silk is not very soft and has a strong bean flavor.
I haven't eaten this dried tofu shreds stir-fried with shiitake mushroom shreds and celery, black fungus and carrot for a long time. Add a little oil and it tastes good.

I didn't notice it because I've gotten used to tofu with a long expiration date recently! It lasted just under a week. It works well enough as grilled tofu (^-^)
