The anchovies are tender and do not have a strong fishy smell. If you stir-fry them with nuts over low heat, children will eat them well.

It says "dried sardines," but it's actually dried baby sardines (chirimenjako). I wasn't sure how much 200g of chirimenjako was, but even after making furikake (rice seasoning) with daikon radish leaves, sesame oil, and chopped sesame seeds, it seemed like there was hardly any left! I bought the finest-cut sardines, and I really love them!
The freshness and quality are good. I'm going to stir-fry it nicely and give it to my grandson.

Good quality dried anchovy to make side dishes with. Product of Korea is a great choice
Anchovies are great! Stir-fry them until crispy without oil, then add oil and garlic and stir-fry. Next, add the anchovies, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce, stir-fry, then turn off the heat, add a spoonful of oligosaccharide, and mix well. You can enjoy delicious and crispy stir-fried anchovies.

My husband loves anchovies, so I always make stir-fried anchovies so that they don't run out. I always make it with only Haetae stir-fried anchovies! It's not greasy and it's delicious.
This fish is bigger than the ones sold in Korean supermarkets, which you can't see in the photo. It's harder to stir-fry, but the quality is OK and the price is average.
