This was on a huge sale, so I bought six bags, and I'm so glad I did. It's not too sweet, but has the perfect touch of coconutty flavor. I chop it up to mix into Indian savory snacks and I nibble it straight (well, maybe "nibble" is the wrong word, as it's hard to stop eating it).
