I made chive dumplings. The dough felt a little thicker than the kind I used in Japan, but it wasn't too thick and was easy to wrap. The chewy texture wasn't overwhelming (it didn't feel like I was eating just the dough), and they were delicious. There was so much in the package that I made nearly 40 dumplings and still had some left over. Since it's best to consume them quickly after thawing, I plan to make something else with them.

I bought these dumpling wrappers before and liked them, so I bought them again. However, the wrappers I bought this time are larger than before. They are soft and easy to wrap, but for some reason, they break very easily when cooking dumplings, so the quality seems inconsistent.
The dumplings turned out great! They're just a bit big, so you could make a lot; they could also be used as potstickers.
