The amount of pig ears was quite large; I braised a whole pot of them, also adding some quail eggs, duck heads, and duck necks. After blanching them first, they were clean and had no unpleasant odor. It's enough to eat over several meals; very satisfying.

This is my first time buying pig skin to make aspic. I can say that the pig skin has been cleaned very well. Most of it is free of grease, and there are only a few places with a little bit of hair. It's much better than I expected.

fresh, but has some hairs in the betweenof toes...... lol... i had to shave it well... otherwise, good quality.
