I've been taking these consistently for about 2 months now and I would say my nails seem stronger, hard to tell if anything else has improved. I have one of these after I take my daily vitamin as a sort of treat. One thing to note, even though these are jellies they can have liquid in the tubes, so be aware when you eat them so as not to make a sticky mess.
