I’ve been using the 7oz Aara cumin seeds (jeera) lately and the quality is honestly really good. I like lightly roasting them in oil for tadka because it brings out that warm, earthy flavor even more. The seeds look clean, fresh, and not overly dry, which makes a big difference in taste. It’s definitely worth the price because the quality is great and the 7oz pack lasts a long time, especially if you cook regularly.
