These look good to eat.
It's a bit dry, so it's better to eat it with milk or tea. I don't think it has much sweet potato flavor.

Artificial ube flavor but reminds me of my childhood
This literally reminded me of my 1st grade days back in the Philippines. This Ube cake was so soft and tasty. I just wished it was as moist as it was when I was a kid.

I actually liked them they are softer than the other cakes
It's not moist and is dry, so you have to eat it with something to drink. I think it's okay to store it at room temperature. I think it would be good as a school snack.

Angelina Ube Suman Sweet Purple Rice Cake 8 oz Perfectly sweetened snack/treat to myself when I'm missing the Philippines. I keep it in my freezer but when I'm ready to eat one, I stream (still frozen) it in my rice cooker for 5-7 minutes and it's perfectly gooey. It's so good I don't give it enough time to cool down! There are other versions I wanted to try but I like this one so much I’m just going to stick with this one!
