these pandan cakes are really good as they are, but i like to put whip cream on top with some green grapes to make more of a sweet dessert.

It's a bit dry, so it's better to eat it with milk or tea. I don't think it has much sweet potato flavor.

Artificial ube flavor but reminds me of my childhood
This literally reminded me of my 1st grade days back in the Philippines. This Ube cake was so soft and tasty. I just wished it was as moist as it was when I was a kid.
