Goldilocks pork shu-mai dumplings (actually meat dumplings) have thin, firm wrappers that are very tightly packed. The pork filling is flavorful and meaty, not bland at all. After steaming, they are quite springy and have a satisfyingly firm meaty texture. They taste even better with a dipping sauce. A 1-pound serving is enough for most people, suitable as a main dish or snack at home. Although weee calls them steamed dumplings, they are essentially meat shu-mai, making them convenient for everyday frozen storage. I would definitely buy them again!

First time purchasing this.. there is no mention that product was not seasoned yet so i just followed cooking instructions. Product was good and has yielded a good portion to share. The photo here shows what is left of it lol! Just make sure you add salt and pepper when boiling the meat.
