This cassava cake is delicious and chewy; just put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and you can eat it! Quick, convenient, and a little too sweet for my taste! I added some creamy coconut milk and sprinkled some crushed peanuts on top to balance the sweetness and flavor!
