Use it to marinate all kinds of kimchi, the taste is stronger than sushi vinegar, it depends on everyone's taste.

I like this spiced vinegar but I think it is a little bit salty for me and needs more vinegar. It is not that spicy which is good. Smell is similar to jufran sweet and sour.
