First time buying, very crispy and refreshing
I didn't know it was dried pollack skin and ordered it thinking it had dried pollack in it, but it was all skin. But it was still delicious. There's a moderate amount of sugar sprinkled on it, and sometimes there are thick bones, so you have to be careful. It's fried, so it's crunchy when you chew it, but if you're unlucky, it'll poke your gums.There was a slight fishy smell, but it wasn't too bad.

First time buying, let's try it first.
Marinate with oyster sauce, a bit of salt and pepper and sugar, with ginger and red onion, some cooking wine, then pan sear as desired. Pack with white rice, veggies and dipping sauce for my son’s school lunch.

Was excited to see black cod offered, but disappointed that I received 6 small, thin tail pieces. Looks nothing like the thicker midsection cuts from other reviews. They're marinating now in misoyaki and will hopefully still taste good.
