When I eat American protein, it often tastes too sweet, but Flymeal isn't too sweet, which is great! I often skip meals at work, and the crunchy texture and filling flavor are delicious, even when I drink it with water! Next time, I'll try adding some milk!

This was actually really delicious. It has a strong matcha scent when you open it right away. I wasn’t sure how much water to put so I filled it up to the first line, shook it, and then poured it out for visibility.
