I have used it twice so far. The fragrance is very nice. It is more convenient than the Chinese medicine bag, but I need 3-4 pills each time to feel the sweating and soothing effect. The picture shows the color of one and four pills. One pill feels no different from hot water soaking. It takes more than four pills to feel the effect. The overall cost performance is average. If it is cheaper, I will consider repurchasing.
