Hand-pulled noodles are very chewy, and when I steamed them once, they didn't stick to the pot.
The noodles were okay overall, and they only needed to cook for about 4 minutes. However, it was a bit inconvenient that after opening the package, you had to put it in a plastic bag.
I always buy these noodles again and again. I use them to make noodles with soybean paste, tomato and egg noodles... My son loves them.
