I didn't know it was dried pollack skin and ordered it thinking it had dried pollack in it, but it was all skin. But it was still delicious. There's a moderate amount of sugar sprinkled on it, and sometimes there are thick bones, so you have to be careful. It's fried, so it's crunchy when you chew it, but if you're unlucky, it'll poke your gums.There was a slight fishy smell, but it wasn't too bad.
