Too sticky from the tendon pieces, wouldn't buy again. I wasn't expecting Cha Chien to be sticky with collagen, but this one was. It over powered the other flavors. I couldn't taste any fish sauce or pork at all. There is a better brand on here. I ended up throwing away about half.

I didn't know it was dried pollack skin and ordered it thinking it had dried pollack in it, but it was all skin. But it was still delicious. There's a moderate amount of sugar sprinkled on it, and sometimes there are thick bones, so you have to be careful. It's fried, so it's crunchy when you chew it, but if you're unlucky, it'll poke your gums.There was a slight fishy smell, but it wasn't too bad.
