I choose this even though it's more expensive then the brand I normally get, thinking you get what you paid for, to my surprise, it was worse than the other brand. Why? Too many of the center fiber was mixed in, they are chunky, as if a pair of chopstick was thrown into the mix. I understand they were not hand grated and that vow to happen, but too much of if is not OK
