Combine one pound of peanuts and one pound of pork chunks in a meat grinder, add some water chestnuts, carrots, and scallions for seasoning, then wrap the mixture in tofu skin. There are two types: one plain, and the other with a sheet of longevity dough inside, shaped into a butterfly roll. They're both beautiful and delicious.
It's just for convenience, so it's alright.

I made seaweed soup with clams. Since the clams were already purged, it was convenient to just rinse them a few times and put them directly into the soup. Although I did feel a bit of dirt when chewing, it was convenient and delicious, so I think I will order it again.
