Combine one pound of peanuts and one pound of pork chunks in a meat grinder, add some water chestnuts, carrots, and scallions for seasoning, then wrap the mixture in tofu skin. There are two types: one plain, and the other with a sheet of longevity dough inside, shaped into a butterfly roll. They're both beautiful and delicious.

I forgot to take a picture of the cooked shrimp, but overall it was great. I think I ate 6-8 shrimp by myself for a long time. However, I have to say that some of them weren't fresh, because some of the shrimp meat wasn't springy after I fried them.
It took a lot of time to clean and package the meat in several layers; the meat was delicious.
