This is blue anchovy or dilis wikd caught Product of Vietnam! I finally have this and I'm so happy and glad that Weee has it. I can finally make a paksiw using dilis or anchovy or even make a tortang dilis or anchovy omelet or maybe a kinilaw or ceviche. Thanks Weee!
