It was starting to thaw a little, but I guess that can't be helped since it's summer.
Ready for poke bowl
I always buy it whenever there's a sale. This time I used half the amount and made poke rice bowls and fried chicken. Both were delicious!
Delivered with care and appropriate.
Weee!’s sashimi-quality cubed tuna is fresh and tender—perfect for poke. Paired with pickled beet, pine nuts, soy sauce, sesame oil, and capers, it makes a flavorful, vibrant bowl with great texture and balance.
One pack of tuna, 3 cups of soy sauce, 2 cups of tsuyu, 2 cups of plum extract, 2 cups of mirin, garlic powder, green onion, sesame seeds, and the end of Hondashi
Looks good, and the portion is decent.
These defrosted pretty well. Just threw some ponzu, olive oil, and furikake. The taste is nice and takes seasoning very well. Just make sure you drain and dry your tuna. Packaged with ice packs and as always beautifully.
Good ingredient for Asian cooking
I prefer larger cubes for poke, they’re a little too small. Hardly any gristle. Had about three pieces that had gristle. Overall the quality is great.

These are pretty good. Where I’m from, we cook them in an earthenware first for a few hours then the following day, we shallow fry and sauté with red onions and soy sauce. Yum!

Honey-Chili Tuna with Mango Salsa Serves 4 This seared tuna dish is a breeze to make and is very light—a great summertime offering, especially with the colorful and tart but sweet mango salsa with a bit of a bite. Salsa ¾ cup canned Alphonso mango pulp, such as Ratna or Deep brand ¼ cup finely chopped red onion 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh Thai green chili 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice ½ teaspoon salt Tuna 1½ pounds tuna ¼ cup honey 2 teaspoons red chili flakes 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt ¼ cup canola oil Instructions MAKE THE SALSA: In a small bowl, combine the mango pulp, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro, green chili, lemon juice, and salt. Cover and refrigerate. PREPARE THE TUNA: Cut the piece of tuna into 12 fairly uniform pieces that are ½ inch thick and weigh roughly 2 ounces each. In a large bowl, coat the tuna slices well with the honey, chili flakes, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. To serve, overlap three pieces of tuna down the center of a dinner plate and spoon ¼ cup salsa over them. Garnish with chopped cilantro.

First time buying tuna, hope it will be good
Excited to try! Hopefully it’s good
I'm happy to be able to get sashimi at a low price. There was skin on both sides, so I peeled it off. The English name on the package is Yellowfin, and according to Wikipedia, the Japanese name is Kihada. It's described as belly fat, but it didn't feel that way at all. It was light and easy to eat.
It's huge!! I'm so happy!! I think I'll make a seafood bowl for our anniversary!!!
Size is not that I expected color looks like not fresh and has been thawed already
Yellowfin Tuna Belly was on sale, I took advantage of that, I got three of them. They arrived frozen, and smelled fresh. I removed the skin and scales right away. It’s easier to remove the skin, while it still frozen. I’m very happy with my purchase. I have no idea how I will prepare them, but I’m sure that my family and I are going to enjoy it. Thank you Weee, for always delivering good quality food.
The portion is so small that I don't know what to make. The delivery is still crowded.
It wasn't vacuum packed. I hope it's delicious. I'm looking forward to it
I made it into steak and ate it. I was very happy because I got it at a bargain price during the sale.
Delivered on time. Why is it deprosed already?
