I received the beancurd sticks in great condition this time—unlike my previous order, they were not broken into small pieces, which was a pleasant surprise. I’m also happy with the long shelf life, with an expiration date of March 26, 2027. They’re very easy to prepare—just soak them in hot water until they soften. After that, they can be used in a variety of dishes, such as stir-fries, braised recipes, or soups. Overall, these beancurd sticks are a versatile and excellent plant-based protein option for a vegan diet.

Was a bit apprehensive about these because when I took them out to break smaller, most of them were a bit rubbery, not snappy. But after soaking overnight and putting in soup, the bean curd sheets came out nice and tender, nice chew still.

There are so many pieces of this dried bean curd stick that it's inedible.
They were all crushed when packaged with the cooking wine; the packaging needs to be reconsidered.
I haven't used it yet, but I think it arrived in pretty good condition.
This product is so delicious that I'll repurchase it endlessly; it doesn't fall apart even after being cooked for a long time.
It tastes great, I will definitely buy it again.

I used to mostly buy dried tofu skin to make soup with shiitake mushrooms and pork, but recently dried tofu skin spoils easily. I tried using fresh tofu skin, and it's great. It keeps longer in the refrigerator and is more convenient.

Easily rehydrated and quick protein addition
