Sweet taro soup! A summer dessert!
It’s a joke. The delivered taro is very small, only a little larger than a medium potato. Asian market’s taro is MUCH cheaper and bigger. Keep your fingers crossed if you buy it on Weee.

This one is said to be a large taro, the surface is a little black, and the weight is not marked, so I expected it to be at least three pounds. I just received it and weighed it on the electronic scale, and it was only 1 pound 12.7 ounces. Next time I see the quantity without specifying the weight, I will not buy it. To avoid disappointment.
