They say to mix it with white rice in a 7:3 ratio, but I put in half.
I cook it with about 1.8 cups of white rice and 0.2 cups of mixed grains, using a little extra water. It tends to turn purple, but it's chewy and delicious. It feels healthy.

This is my second purchase! I loved it so much the first time I bought it, and since it ran out quickly, I bought it again this time. I eat this mixed grain rice more often than white rice, and my husband also likes it and eats it without any problems. I always cook it in a 2:1 ratio of mixed grain rice to white rice using the regular cooking method.
