Affordable, a lot of ginkgo nuts in a pack! Will purchase again! The vacuum pack did damage some of the ginkgo.

Big bag of peeled shell-less ginkgo nuts. Clean and evenly colored. I use it in various dishes such as soup, porridge, steamed eggs, etc. Gives a nutty flavor and chewy texture. Enjoy.
I'm very happy to be able to buy this in the US; it can be paired with various dishes. However, ginkgo nuts should not be eaten in large quantities, as there is a risk of poisoning.
