I really like this type of mutton. This time it is stewed and it is pretty good. The mutton is taken out of the mutton soup and dipped in some chili sauce. The mutton soup is used to cook porridge with egg flowers. It is not bad, but braised may be better, because the skin of the clear stew is not so delicious.
I used Australian goat meat to make carrot soup. The soup was very delicious and the meat was especially tasty. I also added some spicy seasoning myself. It was perfect.
