It was delicious and well-cooked. It was a bit tricky, but I did it as instructed, so the quantity was huge and the taste was good.
Made braised caldereta out of it! Reasonable size for what it cost.
Followed instructions to the letter and turned out perfectly medium well. Closer to the edge or tips were more cooked but still tasty.
The seasoning was well-balanced, good for all occasions ( I had it during the New Year) definitely order again.

This is my first lechon roll. Timing was perfect. The meat is so delicious and flavorful. Skin perfectly crunchy. We were 3 eating and there was much leftover. I bought another one for my sister’s birthday. And will be ordering more. Awesome deal.
