This hand-pulled noodle is mostly used for stir-fried noodles, such as sausage stir-fried noodles or shredded pork stir-fried noodles.
I don't know how to make stir-fried noodles with this flour, so I'll buy it and try it.

The noodles were okay overall, and they only needed to cook for about 4 minutes. However, it was a bit inconvenient that after opening the package, you had to put it in a plastic bag.
