The sauce was quite salty, but luckily I'd prepared some non-salty side dishes: shredded carrots, zucchini, egg, and tofu skin. They were perfect with the noodles. The only downside was that the noodles were so fine and starchy that I had to rinse them with cold water several times to remove the cooking water.
