Perfect for a summer day! Nice cold appetizer! I like the crunchy bean topping for this konjac noodle. Konjac itself is very low/almost zero calorie and good source of fiber! The product came with a dry seasoning packet, a vinegar packet, and chili oil packet. It is nice that you can adjust those seasonings. I actually didn’t use those seasonings and used black vinegar, sesame oil, and chili crisp that I had at home.

I didn't have time to take pictures, so I just threw it in and stir-fried it with celery and a little soy sauce. It was delicious! Since it's a soy product, it's probably a healthy, high-protein food. I'll definitely buy it again and again.

The noodles are soft and hard, not as soft as fried noodles. The vegetable pack contains chili flakes. The spiciness of the seasoning is about half of the original version, so for me who can't eat spicy food, I still put 1/3 of the powder and add some milk.
