This is a nice crunchy snack, but it does have fat (6 g for 2 pieces) and a little sugar. Each of the 10 pieces is individually wrapped, which I personally think is excessive packaging, especially since a serving is 2 pieces. I feel guilty adding all this to landfill!
I bought two and I love them both, especially eating two after a workout to boost my energy!
