Soak in water several times, add new orlean powder and cut-up potatoes, then bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Dinner is ready!
This is my favorite fish to order from Weee! I’ve ordered it more than 3 times and will order again and again. Just thaw and season! Put in the airfryer for about 10-15 minutes. It’s so good! Just prepare soy sauce and lemon with green onions. Serve as is and/or eat with rice!
Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder and air fry for 15 minutes for a super delicious chin.
It arrived fully frozen. After slightly thawing, I portioned it out. Looking forward to the taste!

Not the same collars we used to get. Too much body meat and less collar. Fish same out very dry since there is less fat in there. Disappointed.

It's delicious! Remember to thaw it in the refrigerator 24 hours before eating. After opening, pat it dry with paper towels to remove any blood, then slice it and it's ready to eat!
HUGE portion for the money. Clean taste and smell. Does not smell briney or fishy. Listed as a product of Japan. Even with the dishes shown I still had half left.

It's not as oily as Korean mackerel, but it's great to eat whenever you crave it. It doesn't have any fishy smell at all!

I got it for $29.99 on sale. It was my first time buying sashimi and cutting it myself. I thawed it naturally from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before, and the next day I had fresh, perfectly cooked sashimi – even better value and tastier than most Japanese restaurants in the US! The fat was evenly distributed, with a slightly sweet flavor. One fish is enough for one person, enough for three meals, paired with champagne or sake – a great deal. I'll definitely buy it again when it's on sale!
The weight is really hit or miss.. It's my first order.. I thought it was big so I thought "wow~~" but it was smaller than what was listed. ㅜㅜ I haven't tried it yet but I hope it's delicious so I forget about it~ But the item as a whole is smaller than in the picture. Comparing it to Hmart...
